How long will it take to get my bracelet?
It generally takes 1-2 days to create your personalized bracelet. The lead time increases around the holidays, Mothers Day and Valentines Day.

How long will it take to get my watch?
It generally takes 2 weeks to create your personalized sterling silver watch. Around the holidays the lead time increases so order as early as possible!

How do I know what size to order?
Measure you wrist and add 3/4" to 1" for bracelets.

How many names can I get on one bracelet?
You can have up to three strings per bracelet and up to two names per string (space permitting). You could have 6 names per bracelet. On watches you can have up to 4 names.

Can I add another name later?
Yes, you may add additional names later.

How do I know that I am getting a quality product?
We use strong, flexible & kink resistant accu-flex beading wire. The wire we use actually has 49 strands (7 bundles of 7 wires) twisted together. We also use high quality sterling silver, gold-filled beads and other gems stones in our bracelets and watches.

Is there Lead in the crystal beads. I thought lead was dangerous as the body can absorb it.
Yes, there is lead in true crystal beads. This lead is what gives the bead a lot of its sparkle. The lead is processed into the glass, making it crystal. There is a very minute amount in this process, that it would involve ingesting a large amount to even begin to have a reaction. The lead from these beads is not absorbed into the body.
