We will repair or replace any our of bracelets if they contain defective components or manufacturing defects within 12 months of purchase. If you are returning it by mail please include a check for $3.85 for return Priority Mail postage. ALSO, please put the bracelet in a box, not an envelope for careful shipping. I make all my jewelry with 1 business day and I ship everything via USPS Priority Mail which the USPS says takes an average or 3 days. Each bracelet string can have up to 8 letters, additional letters $1.50 each. You can have 2 names or nicknames per bracelet string (space permitting). Each piece is individually and custom made by www.AlphabetBracelets.com™ and may not contain the exact beads or clasp shown in the photographs. In addition, the number of beads on each bracelet varies depending on the size of the bracelet. Sizes and measurements are bracelet (not wrist) size. All measurements are approximate.
